Steve and his guys from start to finish were nothing but fantastic and a pleasure to work with. From the demo to the final touches of paint they went above and beyond with my expectations on my kitchen remodel and home renovation. We got Steve’s phone number from a friend who had him do their kitchen renovation a few years earlier. They said to give him a call we wouldn’t be disappointed and so we did and gotta say we weren’t disappointed at all. Our project from start to finish was a great experience not one of the nightmare stories we heard about from other companies. They kept us informed every step of the way down to the final details being finished. Reframing, new flooring, new pine ceilings and skylight trim, to the brick wall details and to finish paint they were great. Best part they were clean and neat along the way no messes left at the end of the day. As a matter of fact we had such a good experience we had them back the following year to remodel our bathroom which we love the finished product just as much. We would definitely recommend them. We got Steve at SDA Constructions number from a friend of the family who had them do their kitchen and backroom renovation a few months earlier and very highly recommended them. So we had gotten a few other prices at the time and then met with Steve. We were converting our garage to living space and eliminating a few walls to open up our kitchen into the front living room and the new garage conversion. We eliminated some bedroom walls on first floor to make a nice size master with a master bath that we wanted added as well. We basically had them remodel our entire first floor just keeping the one original bathroom in the hallway. From flooring to construction to paint and finish they were great to work with every step of the way, they worked with us on design and materials and worked with us on the price to fit the project into our budget we wanted to stay around. Very friendly, neat and clean every step of the way so yah we would def recommend them to others and def use them again when it comes time to do our upstairs remodel.
